What are your fees?
Individual, couple, and family therapy sessions are $200 for 50 minute sessions and $250 for 75 minute sessions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and therefore do not submit insurance claims directly to insurance carriers. Instead, for individuals with PPO insurance, I provide monthly superbills that can then be submitted to insurance carriers for reimbursement. Please note that this means you will be responsible for full payment at the time of your appointment.
If you plan on submitting a superbill for reimbursement, please consult with your insurance company about your particular benefits as it is not a guarantee that you will receive any reimbursement either due to the specifics of your plan or due to your insurance not considering the diagnosis I provide to be a “medically necessary diagnosis.”

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you give me notice at least 48 business hours prior to our scheduled session. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
