My ApproachResearch tells us that the single most important component to therapy is the therapeutic relationship. As such, my primary goal in our work together is to develop a secure relationship so that you feel safe enough to invite me into the dynamics that bring you into therapy. From that secure base, we will follow your personalized treatment plan and will work towards meeting each of your unique therapy goals. Together, we will process current emotional experiences, restructure your relationships, and/or sort through past traumas or challenges. |
Location
Due to the global pandemic, I am currently pausing in-office services until we can safely meet in the close quarters of my therapy office. I am constantly monitoring the status of the virus and am making preparations to begin seeing clients in-office in the near future. When my office doors do open, the office space will be in/around Dana Point, CA. If you are not from the area or are more comfortable meeting with me online, I would be more than happy to continue to use telehealth during our time together. Thank you for understanding! |
